Usage:
The mp3's have a 5 seconds long tone at the beginning,
this is for synchronizing the demo with the mp3.

In the console, or as a bind set
demo_setspeed 0
Load the demo, and wait for the tone to end, then
demo_setspeed 100
Now everything should be fully synced
