This is rare footage of possibly my only match as a full member of Transformers.  This is round 1 of an All-Star Team Fortress League match between Transformers and Aftermath, one of the strongest clans in TF history and the successor clan to Iron Curtain.  I was extremely excited to play in a match full of members of Paragon (the soldier guild) and especially Kaizen (the #1 sniper guild.)  My role in this round was rather unusual, as soundwave was our permanent defensive sniper facing off against Argyle and Kablooie, two of the best snipers TF ever saw, while I split time between defensive and offensive sniper.

Having been with Fallen Angels for a while and not having had much opportunity to take on the very strongest TF clans up to that point, I was incredibly anxious to be sniping against two top snipers.  I also wouldn't have minded getting the attention of Kaizen.  Unfortunately, facing off against two snipers like Argyle and Kablooie is a sniper's nightmare, cuz they were punishing to snipe against.  On the offensive side, I usually struggled to penetrate the opposing defense becauase, well, offensive sniper is hard.  The round ended 0-0 in caps as neither side managed much flag movement, but because ASTFL was a flags+frags league (with a cap worth 100 frags), Aftermath took about a 70-frag lead into round 2.  Still, there was no shame in shutting out AM.
